Il Golden Globe per la migliore attrice in un film drammatico viene assegnato alla miglior attrice drammatica dalla HFPA (Hollywood Foreign Press Association). Fino al 1950 il nome esatto del premio era Golden Globe per il miglior attrice.

L'elenco mostra la vincitrice di ogni anno, seguito dalle attrici che hanno ricevuto una nomination.
